The Mummy Hub + Hot Seat Coaching™ Terms and Conditions

When you join The Mummy Hub + Hot Seat Coaching™, you are entering a shared space of business education, coaching, support and implementation.

My role is to provide strategy, guidance, coaching, resources and support. Your role is to participate, implement and take ownership of your decisions and results.

By enrolling, submitting payment, accessing the membership or participating in any part of the program, you agree to these terms.

1. The membership

The Mummy Hub + Hot Seat Coaching™ is an online business education, group coaching and support membership operated by This Is Mira Claudia.

The inclusions available at the time of enrolment will be displayed on the relevant sales page, checkout page or enrolment information. Current inclusions may include:

Access to The Mummy Hub lesson and resource library.
Two scheduled group coaching and hot seat calls each calendar month.
Access to the nominated member support thread.
Access to new lessons, resources and updates added while your membership remains active.

Access described as ongoing means access for the duration of your active, paid membership. It does not mean lifetime access unless lifetime access is expressly confirmed in writing.

2. Payments and refunds

All prices are stated in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payments are processed in accordance with the pricing option and payment schedule selected at enrolment.

Your payment commitment is not dependent on your attendance, participation, communication, implementation or use of the lessons, calls, support thread or resources provided. This applies to every membership option in these terms.

Choosing to stop participating, attending calls, communicating or accessing the membership does not automatically cancel your agreement or remove your responsibility to make the payments required under the terms applying to your membership.

Payments are non-refundable for change of mind, failure to participate or failure to use the membership, except where otherwise required under Australian Consumer Law. This reflects the immediate access provided to intellectual property, program materials, resources, group coaching capacity and member support.

3. Membership options

Three enrolment options exist. The option you selected at checkout determines your rate, your minimum commitment and how your membership continues or ends.

3.1 Standard membership

The standard investment is $74 per week.

Your initial minimum commitment is 12 weeks from your enrolment date.

After the initial 12 weeks, your membership automatically continues on an ongoing weekly basis at $74 per week. You are not required to enter another fixed commitment, and completing the initial 12 weeks does not end your membership or stop future payments. It continues until ended under section 5.

3.2 Founders Offer

The Founders Offer is a limited early-access opportunity offered to three participants before the full public launch.

You agree to pay $50 per week from your enrolment date until 31 October 2026. That period is your minimum commitment.

The Founders Offer is provided at a reduced introductory rate because founders are invited to actively use the membership and give honest feedback before launch. Founders agree to make a reasonable effort to work through the lessons and resources, attend coaching calls where reasonably possible, use the support thread where appropriate and provide constructive, honest feedback when requested.

Founders are not required to provide a positive review, testimonial or endorsement.

The Founders Offer, membership access and recurring $50 weekly payments automatically end on 31 October 2026. No cancellation notice is required for your membership to end on that date.

Before that date, This Is Mira Claudia will contact you and invite you to continue. Continuation is optional and will not happen automatically. You must expressly confirm that you wish to remain inside the membership and agree to the continuation terms provided. Continuing participation will not be assumed from silence, previous participation or failure to respond. If you decline or do not expressly confirm, your access and payments end on 31 October 2026 and no further payments will be processed.

If you expressly choose to continue, you move onto an ongoing membership at $74 per week from 1 November 2026. You are not required to complete the 12-week minimum commitment applying to new members. Your continuing membership is billed weekly and remains active until ended under section 5.

3.3 48 Hour Pre-Launch Offer

The 48 Hour Pre-Launch Offer is a limited early-access opportunity offered to attendees of The Mummy CEO Live only. It is limited to 10 participants and closes on Friday 4 September 2026 at 4pm.

Enrolment is only available to women who attended the event in person. It cannot be transferred, shared or extended to anyone who did not attend.

You agree to pay $62 per week from your enrolment date. Your $62 weekly rate is held for you until 31 December 2026.

Your minimum commitment is 90 days from your enrolment date. This is set intentionally. Foundations generally take three to four weeks to properly work through, and the minimum commitment exists so that you are inside the membership long enough for the work to be applied rather than started and abandoned.

From 1 January 2027 your membership continues on an ongoing weekly basis at the standard rate of $74 per week until ended under section 5. You will be notified in writing before the rate change takes effect.

Your $62 rate does not carry over if you end your membership and rejoin later. Rejoining is at the standard rate applying at that time.

3.4 Pre-launch and founders participation

If you join through the Founders Offer or the 48 Hour Pre-Launch Offer, you are participating before the full public launch. Lessons, resources, program navigation, delivery processes and other features may be reasonably refined, reorganised or updated as the membership is built out and in response to participant feedback. Your access to the lessons, coaching calls and support thread will not be reduced by these changes.

This Is Mira Claudia will not use your name, image, business details, testimonial or identifiable feedback for promotional purposes without obtaining separate permission.

4. Minimum commitments

The following applies to every minimum commitment in section 3.

You remain responsible for every weekly payment scheduled during your minimum commitment period, regardless of your attendance, participation, implementation, communication or use of the lessons, calls, support thread or resources.

Choosing to stop participating or accessing the membership during your minimum commitment does not automatically end your enrolment or remove your responsibility to complete all payments due for the full period.

A failed payment, stopping your direct debit, leaving the coaching platform, failing to participate or verbally stating that you wish to leave does not cancel your minimum commitment.

5. Ending your membership

This section applies to the standard membership, to a continuing Founders membership and to the 48 Hour Pre-Launch membership. It does not apply to the Founders Offer itself, which ends automatically on 31 October 2026 under section 3.2.

To end your membership, you must provide 30 days' written notice by email to hello@thisismiraclaudia.com. The notice period begins on the date valid written notice is received.

Your membership, access and weekly payments continue throughout the complete 30-day notice period. You remain responsible for every payment falling within the notice period, regardless of whether you attend, participate in or access the membership.

Written notice may be provided during a minimum commitment. However, the membership cannot end before both the complete minimum commitment and the complete 30-day notice period have been completed.

The following are not valid notice:

A failed payment.
Cancelling or stopping your direct debit.
Deleting your account, leaving the coaching platform or failing to participate.
A verbal statement, social media message, support-thread comment or message sent through another informal communication channel, unless This Is Mira Claudia expressly confirms in writing that it has been accepted.

Your membership is not considered ended until valid written notice has been received, the applicable commitment and notice periods have been completed and all payments due have been paid.

When your membership ends, access to The Mummy Hub lessons, resources, coaching calls, support spaces and membership materials also ends unless another access arrangement has been expressly confirmed in writing.

6. Group coaching and hot seat calls

Calls are delivered in a shared group format. Enrolment provides the opportunity to attend, participate and submit questions.

Enrolment does not guarantee that every member will receive an individual hot seat during every call, or that every question submitted will be addressed during a particular call. The coaching provided during each call depends on the available time, the questions submitted and the needs of the group.

If you do not attend a scheduled call, the call will not be repeated or exchanged for private coaching, additional support, a credit, an extension or a refund. Unused calls or coaching opportunities cannot be accumulated or carried forward.

If This Is Mira Claudia is unable to deliver a scheduled call, a reasonable alternative may be provided. This may include rescheduling, a replacement call or support delivered in another suitable format.

7. Support thread

The member support thread is provided for smaller questions and support between scheduled calls.

It does not provide unlimited, urgent, immediate or on-demand coaching. There is no guaranteed response timeframe. A response may be provided within minutes, within several days or at another reasonable time depending on coaching capacity, working days, personal circumstances and the nature of the question.

The support thread is not suitable for emergencies or for urgent legal, financial, medical or psychological support.

8. Your participation

You are responsible for submitting your questions, challenges and requested feedback through the communication methods provided for the membership.

You are responsible for checking the relevant coaching platform, reviewing the feedback provided and implementing any actions you choose to take.

Missed calls, unanswered opportunities or unused support access are not exchanged for additional coaching time, credits, extensions or refunds.

Membership does not provide private coaching, unlimited access or on-demand communication unless this is expressly stated as an inclusion.

9. Failed and overdue payments

You agree to make each payment on its scheduled date.

Failure to meet your payment obligations may result in a reasonable administrative fee of up to $30 for the manual management and follow-up of each overdue instalment. No more than one administrative fee will ordinarily be charged for the same overdue instalment.

Overdue payments may result in suspension of access to the lessons, resources, calls or support spaces. Suspension or termination of access because of unpaid amounts does not automatically remove your responsibility to complete outstanding payments under an active minimum commitment or notice period.

Reasonable formal recovery action may be taken where required.

10. Pausing, transferring or extending your membership

Your membership place, coaching access and program capacity are reserved when you enrol.

The membership cannot automatically be paused, frozen, transferred or extended because of holidays, illness, workload, personal circumstances or failure to participate.

Any request to pause, transfer or alter the membership will be considered individually and remains at the discretion of This Is Mira Claudia, subject to applicable law. Any approved change must be confirmed in writing. Unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing, your payment schedule continues as originally agreed.

11. Program changes

Coaching schedules, communication platforms, resources, lesson content and delivery formats may need to be reasonably adjusted from time to time to support members and business operations. This Is Mira Claudia reserves the right to make reasonable operational changes, and any significant change affecting delivery will be communicated with care and transparency.

This clause does not allow This Is Mira Claudia to retrospectively increase your agreed investment, extend an existing minimum commitment or materially reduce the core services included in your purchase without your express written agreement, except where a change is required by law.

Any changes made under this section remain subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12. Your responsibility and results

Coaching is a collaborative process and does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Your results are influenced by your implementation, consistency, decision-making, communication and willingness to take action, and by your individual business, offer, audience, market, capacity and circumstances.

While coaching, feedback and strategy are provided, specific financial, personal, audience, client or business results cannot be guaranteed.

Testimonials, examples and previous client results are provided for context only. They are not promises or guarantees that you will achieve the same or similar outcomes.

You remain responsible for your business decisions, actions, implementation and results.

13. Intellectual property

All materials provided through The Mummy Hub + Hot Seat Coaching™ remain the intellectual property of This Is Mira Claudia and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. This includes frameworks, templates, documents, videos, audio, written content, lessons and training, strategies and methods, coaching feedback and resources provided through The Mummy Hub.

By participating, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use these materials for your personal learning and for the growth and operation of your own business.

You may not copy, share, reproduce, sell, teach, distribute or republish the materials. You may not create derivative products, services, programs, templates or resources from the materials without prior written permission from This Is Mira Claudia.

Your access is for your individual use only. Materials and coaching feedback may not be shared with team members, clients, contractors or any other person unless written permission has been provided.

14. Confidentiality

Information shared within the membership, coaching calls, support threads and community spaces is confidential. This includes coaching methods, strategies, discussions, business information, personal information and the experiences of other members.

You agree not to record, screenshot, share, reproduce or distribute confidential coaching conversations, member discussions or program information without prior written consent.

You must respect the privacy and confidentiality of every person participating in shared coaching and community spaces.

15. Disclaimer

The Mummy Hub + Hot Seat Coaching™ is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Nothing shared constitutes legal advice, financial or accounting advice, medical advice or psychological advice.

You remain responsible for your decisions, actions, business operations, finances, compliance obligations and outcomes. You should obtain independent advice from an appropriately qualified professional where advice specific to your legal, financial, taxation, accounting, medical or personal circumstances is required.

16. Access and conduct

This Is Mira Claudia reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. Access may be suspended or terminated if:

Payment obligations are not met.
Behaviour is disruptive, harmful, threatening or inappropriate.
The privacy or confidentiality of another member is breached.
Intellectual property is copied, shared or misused.
The integrity or safety of the coaching space is compromised.

Where access is suspended or terminated because of a member's breach, this does not automatically remove outstanding payment obligations under a minimum commitment or active notice period. Any action taken under this section remains subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.

17. Cancellation by This Is Mira Claudia

If the membership or a significant part of the service is cancelled by This Is Mira Claudia and the remaining services cannot reasonably be provided, you will not be responsible for future payments relating to services that will no longer be delivered.

Where payment has already been received for services that will not be provided, an appropriate remedy will be offered in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include rescheduling, a replacement service, a credit or a partial refund for the undelivered portion of the service.

18. Updates to these terms

These terms may be reasonably updated from time to time to reflect changes to business operations, membership delivery, technology, legal requirements or the services offered.

The terms accepted at the time of enrolment continue to apply to your original purchase, agreed investment, payment arrangement and minimum commitment unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed to in writing. Updates will not retrospectively change the price, minimum commitment, payment arrangement or other material financial terms accepted at enrolment.

Where you continue participating in an ongoing membership, reasonable operational updates may apply to your future participation after they have been clearly communicated.

Any updated terms remain subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

19. Acceptance of terms

By enrolling, submitting payment, accessing the membership or participating in The Mummy Hub + Hot Seat Coaching™, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms, that you agree to the payment terms applying to the option you selected, and that you understand the applicable minimum commitment, ongoing payment arrangement and cancellation requirements.

You confirm that you understand which of the following applies to you:

The standard membership automatically continues at $74 per week after the initial 12-week commitment unless valid written notice is provided.
The Founders Offer automatically ends on 31 October 2026 unless you expressly choose to continue, and founders who continue move to $74 per week from 1 November 2026 and must provide 30 days' written notice to end their ongoing membership.
The 48 Hour Pre-Launch Offer holds your $62 rate until 31 December 2026, carries a 90 day minimum commitment, and continues at $74 per week from 1 January 2027 unless valid written notice is provided.

You confirm that you are responsible for following the cancellation process applying to your membership, that you have had the opportunity to ask questions before enrolling, and that you agree to be bound by these terms.
