Because of this shared responsibility, the following terms apply to all services and programs offered by This Is Mira Claudia.

Payments and Refunds

All programs, coaching services, masterclasses, and digital offers are non-refundable.
This reflects the immediate access to strategy, support, intellectual property, and coaching time provided upon enrolment.

If you select a payment plan, you agree to:

➜ Pay on the agreed dates
➜ Honour the financial commitment you have entered

Failure to meet payment obligations may result in:

➜ Administrative fees ($30 per follow up)
➜ Suspension of access to coaching or materials
➜ Formal legal recovery action if required

If a program is cancelled by This Is Mira Claudia, you will not be responsible for any future payments.

Program Changes

From time to time, programs, schedules, or delivery formats may need to be adjusted.
This Is Mira Claudia reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or update any program to best support clients and business operations.

Any significant changes will always be communicated with care and transparency.

Client Responsibility and Results

Coaching is a collaborative process, not a guaranteed outcome.
Your results are influenced by:
