When you choose to invest in The Mummy CEO Mentorship™ with This Is Mira Claudia, you are stepping into a premium private coaching space built around growth, responsibility, implementation and transformation.

My role is to provide personalised strategy, high-proximity support, clear guidance, honest feedback and practical tools.

Your role is to show up, communicate clearly, implement the strategy provided and take ownership of the decisions and actions inside your business.

Because of this shared responsibility, the following terms apply to your participation in The Mummy CEO Mentorship™.

## Program Overview

The Mummy CEO Mentorship™ includes 12 weeks of private 1:1 business coaching and mentorship.

You will receive two dedicated coaching days each week, including back-and-forth private coaching, personalised strategy, clear priorities, actionable steps and feedback based on your business, goals and current needs.

The specific coaching days, communication platform, onboarding process and program inclusions will be communicated before or upon commencement.

Access and support are provided within the agreed coaching days and boundaries of the mentorship. Support is not available on demand outside those coaching days unless otherwise agreed in writing.

## Payment Options

You may enrol in The Mummy CEO Mentorship™ using one of the following payment options.

### Option 1: Extended Payment Plan

The extended payment plan consists of:

➜ 16 weekly payments of $188
➜ A total investment of $3,008
➜ 12 weeks of private 1:1 coaching and mentorship
➜ Three months of access to The Mummy Hub

The extended payment plan allows the program investment to be paid over a longer period to make the weekly payments more manageable.

The 16-week payment arrangement is a payment plan for the complete program investment. It is not a weekly membership, subscription or pay-as-you-go coaching service.

Your active private coaching period is 12 weeks. Your weekly payments will continue for an additional four weeks after the coaching period has ended until all 16 payments have been completed.

By selecting the extended payment plan, you agree to:

➜ Complete all 16 weekly payments in full
➜ Pay each instalment on the agreed date
➜ Continue the scheduled payments after the 12-week coaching period has ended
➜ Honour the full financial commitment, regardless of your level of participation or use of the mentorship

Choosing to stop attending, communicating, implementing or accessing the mentorship does not cancel your remaining payments.

### Option 2: Pay in Full

The pay-in-full option is:

➜ $2,498 paid upfront
➜ A saving of $510 compared to the extended payment plan
➜ 12 weeks of private 1:1 coaching and mentorship
➜ Two additional bonus coaching weeks at no extra cost
➜ Six months of access to The Mummy Hub

Clients selecting this option receive a total of 14 weeks of private 1:1 coaching and mentorship.

The pay-in-full investment is due at enrolment.

The two bonus coaching weeks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or refunded separately.

## Payments and Refunds

All payments made toward The Mummy CEO Mentorship™ are non-refundable for change of mind, failure to participate, changes in personal circumstances or a decision not to continue using the coaching, except where a refund or other remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law.

This reflects the coaching capacity reserved for you and the immediate access provided to personalised strategy, intellectual property, resources, program materials, planning and coaching support upon enrolment.

Your payment obligations are not dependent on:

➜ Your attendance
➜ Your level of participation
➜ Your level of implementation
➜ Your use of the coaching platform
➜ Your use of The Mummy Hub
➜ The results you achieve

If you have selected the extended payment plan, you remain responsible for completing the entire agreed payment schedule.

Failure to meet your payment obligations may result in:

➜ A $30 administrative fee for each required payment follow-up
➜ Suspension of coaching support
➜ Suspension of access to program materials or The Mummy Hub
➜ Reasonable formal recovery action where required

Suspension or termination of access due to unpaid instalments does not automatically remove your responsibility to complete outstanding payments.

If The Mummy CEO Mentorship™ is cancelled by This Is Mira Claudia and the remaining services cannot be provided, you will not be responsible for payments relating to coaching that will no longer be delivered. Any refund or adjustment will be determined in accordance with the services already provided and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

## Coaching Participation and Communication

The Mummy CEO Mentorship™ is a premium, high-proximity coaching experience.

To receive the greatest value from the mentorship, you are responsible for submitting your priorities, questions, challenges and requested feedback within the communicated coaching windows.

You understand that:

➜ Coaching is provided during the two agreed coaching days each week
➜ Responses are provided within the boundaries and delivery format of the mentorship
➜ Unused coaching access cannot be accumulated or carried forward
➜ Missed coaching days are not exchanged for additional days or partial refunds
➜ You are responsible for checking the coaching platform and implementing the feedback provided
➜ The mentorship does not include unlimited access outside the agreed coaching structure

You are encouraged to provide clear context, focused questions and relevant supporting information so that your coaching can remain strategic, specific and valuable.

## Pausing or Extending the Mentorship

The program dates and coaching period are reserved at the time of enrolment.

The mentorship cannot automatically be paused, extended or transferred because of holidays, illness, workload, personal circumstances or failure to participate.

Any request to pause or alter the coaching period will be considered individually and remains at the discretion of This Is Mira Claudia.

Any approved change must be confirmed in writing.

Where a change is approved, your payment schedule may continue as originally agreed unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing.

## Program Changes

From time to time, coaching days, schedules, platforms or delivery formats may need to be reasonably adjusted.

This Is Mira Claudia reserves the right to modify, reschedule or update aspects of the mentorship to support clients and business operations.

Any significant changes will be communicated with care and transparency.

Any program change will remain subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

## Client Responsibility and Results

Coaching is a collaborative process and does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Your results are influenced by:

➜ Your level of implementation
➜ Your consistency
➜ Your decisions
➜ Your communication
➜ Your willingness to take action
➜ Your individual business, audience, offer and circumstances

Your growth and results are a reflection of your leadership and implementation within the process.

While personalised support, strategic guidance and proven business principles are provided, This Is Mira Claudia cannot guarantee specific financial, client, audience or business results.

Testimonials and examples of previous client outcomes are provided for context only. They do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

By participating, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use these materials for:

You may not:

➜ Share

➜ Teach
➜ Distribute
➜ Republish
➜ Create derivative products or programs

## Confidentiality

Any information shared within the mentorship or associated client spaces, including:

is confidential and intended solely for your personal use.

You agree not to record, screenshot, share, reproduce or distribute coaching conversations, client discussions or confidential program information without prior written consent.

You must also respect the privacy and confidentiality of any other clients whose experiences or information may be shared within a group training, resource or community environment.

➜ Payment obligations are not met

➜ Intellectual property is copied or distributed
➜ Behaviour is disruptive, threatening, harmful or inappropriate
➜ Coaching spaces are used in a way that negatively affects their safety or integrity

Where access is suspended or terminated because of a breach, this does not automatically cancel outstanding payments due under the extended payment plan.

Any decision to suspend or terminate access will remain subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.

## Agreement Updates

These terms may be reasonably updated from time to time.

The terms accepted at enrolment will continue to apply to your agreed program and payment commitment unless:

➜ A change is expressly agreed to in writing
➜ A reasonable operational update does not materially reduce the services you purchased

Any significant updates that apply to your participation will be communicated clearly.

## Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling, making payment, selecting a payment option, accessing program materials or participating in The Mummy CEO Mentorship™, you confirm that:

➜ You have read and understood these terms
➜ You understand that the active coaching period is 12 weeks
➜ You understand that the extended payment plan contains 16 weekly payments
➜ You understand that extended payments continue after the coaching period ends
➜ You agree to complete the full payment commitment you selected
➜ You understand the coaching access and communication boundaries
➜ You have had the opportunity to ask questions before enrolling
➜ You agree to be bound by these terms
