When you choose to invest in The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™ with This Is Mira Claudia, you are stepping into a supportive business coaching space built around growth, responsibility, implementation and consistent progress.

My role is to provide personalised strategy, clear guidance, tailored feedback, accountability and practical tools.

Your role is to show up, communicate clearly, implement the strategy provided and take ownership of the decisions and actions inside your business.

Because of this shared responsibility, the following terms apply to your participation in The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™.

## Program Overview

The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™ is an ongoing, lower-proximity business coaching and mentorship program.

It is the more budget-friendly way to receive direct business strategy, clarity, accountability and personalised feedback without the higher level of access included in The Mummy CEO Mentorship™.

The mentorship includes:

➜ Two focused coaching days each week
➜ Personalised strategy based on your current priorities and business needs
➜ Clear direction and actionable next steps
➜ Tailored feedback on your offers, messaging, content, leads, sales and business decisions
➜ Accountability to support consistent implementation
➜ Full access to The Mummy Hub for the duration of your active mentorship

The specific coaching days, communication platform, onboarding process and support boundaries will be communicated before or upon commencement.

Coaching is provided within the agreed coaching days and delivery structure. The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™ does not include unlimited or on-demand access outside these coaching windows.

## Investment and Minimum Commitment

The investment for The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™ is:

**$164 per week**

By enrolling, you agree to an initial minimum commitment of 12 weeks.

You agree to:

➜ Pay $164 each week
➜ Complete the full initial 12-week commitment
➜ Pay each instalment on the agreed date
➜ Honour the financial commitment you have entered into
➜ Continue making weekly payments after the initial 12 weeks unless the mentorship is ended in accordance with the cancellation terms below

There is no pay-in-full option available for The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™.

Your payment commitment is not dependent on your attendance, participation, implementation or use of the coaching and resources provided.

Choosing to stop attending, communicating, implementing or accessing the mentorship does not automatically cancel your agreement or payment obligations.

## Ongoing Weekly Payments

After you have completed your initial 12-week commitment, The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™ will automatically continue on an ongoing weekly basis at $164 per week.

You are not required to recommit to another fixed 12-week period.

You are responsible for keeping track of:

➜ Your commencement date
➜ The number of weeks you have completed
➜ The end date of your initial 12-week commitment
➜ When you would like your ongoing mentorship to finish
➜ When your written notice needs to be submitted

This Is Mira Claudia will not automatically end your mentorship, cancel your payments or contact you to ask whether you would like to continue once your initial 12 weeks have been completed.

Unless you provide the required 30 days’ written notice, your mentorship will remain active and your weekly payments will continue.

Your weekly payments, coaching support and access to The Mummy Hub will continue until your valid notice period has been completed.

## Ending Your Mentorship

After completing your initial 12-week commitment, you may end The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™ by providing 30 days’ written notice directly to This Is Mira Claudia.

It is your responsibility to:

➜ Keep track of how many weeks you have completed
➜ Know when your initial 12-week commitment ends
➜ Decide when you would like to finish the mentorship
➜ Provide the required written notice
➜ Continue making all payments due during your notice period

This Is Mira Claudia will not automatically end your mentorship after 12 weeks, stop your payments on your behalf or contact you to ask whether you would like to continue.

Your mentorship will remain active until valid written notice has been received and the full 30-day notice period has been completed.

Your notice period begins on the date your written notice is received.

During the 30-day notice period:

➜ Your weekly payments will continue as scheduled
➜ You will continue receiving your included coaching support
➜ You will retain access to The Mummy Hub
➜ You remain responsible for all payments falling within the notice period

Not participating in or accessing the mentorship during your notice period does not remove your responsibility to complete the payments due during that period.

The mentorship cannot be ended immediately at the completion of your initial 12 weeks unless the required 30 days’ written notice has already been provided.

Notice provided before the initial 12-week commitment has been completed does not remove your responsibility to pay for the full initial commitment.

Where notice is provided during the initial 12-week commitment, your financial responsibility will continue for the remainder of the minimum commitment and any applicable notice period, unless otherwise agreed in writing by This Is Mira Claudia.

A failed payment, stopped direct debit, deleted account, lack of participation or verbal statement will not be treated as valid written notice.

Written notice must be submitted directly through the communication method nominated by This Is Mira Claudia.

## Payments and Refunds

All payments made toward The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™ are non-refundable for change of mind, failure to participate, changes in personal circumstances or a decision not to continue using the coaching, except where a refund or another remedy is required under Australian Consumer Law.

This reflects the coaching capacity reserved for you and the immediate access provided to personalised strategy, coaching support, intellectual property, resources and The Mummy Hub upon enrolment.

Your payment obligations are not dependent on:

➜ Your attendance
➜ Your level of participation
➜ Your level of implementation
➜ Your use of the coaching platform
➜ Your use of The Mummy Hub
➜ The results you achieve

You remain responsible for all payments due during:

➜ Your initial 12-week minimum commitment
➜ Your continued ongoing participation
➜ Your 30-day written notice period

Failure to meet your payment obligations may result in:

➜ A $30 administrative fee for each required payment follow-up
➜ Suspension of coaching support
➜ Suspension of access to The Mummy Hub or other program materials
➜ Reasonable formal recovery action where required

Suspension or termination of access because of unpaid instalments does not automatically remove your responsibility to pay outstanding amounts.

If The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™ is cancelled by This Is Mira Claudia and the remaining services cannot be provided, you will not be responsible for future payments relating to services that will no longer be delivered.

Any applicable refund or payment adjustment will be determined in accordance with the services already provided and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

## Coaching Participation and Communication

The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™ provides focused coaching support across two dedicated coaching days each week.

To receive the greatest value from the mentorship, you are responsible for submitting your priorities, questions, challenges and requested feedback within the communicated coaching windows.

You understand that:

➜ Coaching is provided during the two agreed coaching days each week
➜ Support is lower proximity than The Mummy CEO Mentorship™
➜ Responses are provided within the boundaries and delivery format of the mentorship
➜ Unused coaching access cannot be accumulated or carried forward
➜ Missed coaching days are not exchanged for additional days, credits or refunds
➜ You are responsible for checking the coaching platform and reviewing the feedback provided
➜ The mentorship does not include unlimited access outside the agreed coaching structure

You are encouraged to provide clear context, focused questions and relevant supporting information so your coaching can remain strategic, targeted and valuable.

## Pausing Your Mentorship

Your place and coaching capacity are reserved while your mentorship remains active.

The mentorship cannot automatically be paused, frozen, transferred or extended because of holidays, illness, workload, personal circumstances or failure to participate.

Any request to pause or alter the mentorship will be considered individually and remains at the discretion of This Is Mira Claudia.

Any approved change must be confirmed in writing.

Unless another arrangement is confirmed in writing, your weekly payment schedule will continue as agreed.

## Program Changes

From time to time, coaching days, schedules, platforms, resources or delivery formats may need to be reasonably adjusted.

This Is Mira Claudia reserves the right to modify, reschedule or update aspects of the mentorship to support clients and business operations.

Any significant changes will be communicated with care and transparency.

Any program changes will remain subject to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

## Client Responsibility and Results

Coaching is a collaborative process and does not guarantee a particular outcome.

Your results are influenced by:

➜ Your level of implementation
➜ Your consistency
➜ Your decisions
➜ Your communication
➜ Your willingness to take action
➜ Your individual business, offer, audience and circumstances

Your growth and results are a reflection of your leadership and implementation within the coaching process.

While personalised support, strategic guidance and proven business principles are provided, This Is Mira Claudia cannot guarantee specific financial, client, audience or business results.

Testimonials and examples of previous client outcomes are provided for context only and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

## Intellectual Property and Content Use

All materials provided inside The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™, including:

By participating, you receive a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use these materials for:

You may not:

➜ Share
➜ Reproduce
➜ Sell
➜ Teach
➜ Distribute
➜ Republish
➜ Create derivative products, programs or resources

without prior written permission from This Is Mira Claudia.

Access is provided for your individual use only. Materials and coaching feedback may not be shared with team members, clients, contractors or other parties without written permission.

Your access to The Mummy Hub will end when your active mentorship and applicable notice period have concluded, unless another access arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

## Confidentiality

Any information shared within the mentorship or associated client spaces, including:

is confidential and intended solely for your personal use.

You agree not to record, screenshot, share, reproduce or distribute coaching conversations, client discussions or confidential program information without prior written consent.

You must also respect the privacy and confidentiality of any other clients whose experiences or information may be shared within a group training, resource or community environment.

## Access and Conduct

This Is Mira Claudia reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the mentorship if:

➜ Payment obligations are not met
➜ Confidential information is shared
➜ Intellectual property is copied or distributed
➜ Behaviour is disruptive, threatening, harmful or inappropriate
➜ Coaching spaces are used in a way that negatively affects their safety or integrity

Where access is suspended or terminated because of a breach, this does not automatically cancel outstanding payments due during your initial commitment, ongoing participation or notice period.

Any decision to suspend or terminate access will remain subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law.

## Agreement Updates

These terms may be reasonably updated from time to time.

The terms accepted at enrolment will continue to apply to your initial commitment and agreed payment obligations unless:

➜ A change is expressly agreed to in writing
➜ A reasonable operational update does not materially reduce the services you purchased

Where you continue inside the ongoing mentorship, reasonable updates may apply to your future participation after they have been clearly communicated.

Any significant updates that apply to your participation will be communicated clearly.

## Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling, making payment, accessing program materials or participating in The Mini Mummy CEO Mentorship™, you confirm that:

➜ You have read and understood these terms
➜ You understand that the minimum commitment is 12 weeks
➜ You understand that the mentorship automatically continues after the initial 12 weeks
➜ You understand that weekly payments will continue until valid notice has been provided and completed
➜ You understand that you are responsible for keeping track of your own weeks and commitment dates
➜ You understand that This Is Mira Claudia will not automatically stop your payments or contact you to ask whether you want to continue
➜ You understand that 30 days’ written notice is required to end your mentorship
➜ You agree to complete all payments due during your minimum commitment and notice period
➜ You understand the coaching access and communication boundaries
➜ You have had the opportunity to ask questions before enrolling
➜ You agree to be bound by these terms
